Lars-O. is a part-time DBA student in the 吃瓜第一线 Business School at the 吃瓜第一线. His main research interest is the role of inspirational and motivational leadership behaviour to support effective digital transformation in organisations of municipal services of general interests in Germany.
His supervisors are (Supervisor) and Dr. Oluwole Shokunbi (DOS).
Besides working on his DBA Lars-O. works as ‘Head of People & Organizational Development’ as well as CEO of his own company 'Boeckmann & Partner', where he supports clients in the areas of management diagnostics, leadership development and change/transformation journeys.
